By using our satellite installation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Satellite Experts provides professional installation services for Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat, and other satellite systems.

Service Limitations
Please understand the scope and limitations of our services:
Internet Service Quality
We install equipment but don't control internet service quality, which is determined by the satellite provider
Service Availability
Satellite service availability depends on provider coverage in your area
Equipment Issues
Equipment malfunctions are handled by the provider, not Satellite Experts
Pricing & Payments
Our pricing structure is transparent and straightforward:

- 💳 Payment due upon satisfactory completion of installation
- 📝 Written estimates provided for all services
- 🔄 Price changes communicated before service
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:
24+ Hours Notice
Full refund of any deposit with 24+ hours notice
Less than 24 Hours
50% refund of deposit with less than 24 hours notice
No-Show
Deposit forfeited for same-day cancellations or no-shows
Limitation of Liability
Satellite Experts' liability is limited as follows:
- 🔧 Limited to the cost of installation services provided
- 📡 Not responsible for satellite service interruptions
- 🌧️ Not liable for weather-related service issues
- 🛠️ Not responsible for equipment manufacturer defects
- 🏠 Not liable for pre-existing property conditions
